Today, a meeting of the Government of Tajikistan was held chaired by President and Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon.

At the beginning of the session Action Plan of the Government of Tajikistan for the second half of 2014 was approved.

The prospects of main macroeconomic indicators of Tajikistan for 2015-2017 have been approved. According to this document, the GDP in 2015 is envisaged in the volume of 52,8 billion TJS with rate of increase 7,2%. These indicators for 2016 and 2017 have been determined as 60 billion and 68,4 billion TJS and with rate of increase 7,2 % and 7,4% respectively.

Afterwards, the report of Chairman of Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism under Government was heard on the course of implementation of Programme of Football Development for 2012-2016. Currently, Tajikistan, according to international FIFA rating, occupies 113^th place among 208 countries around the world, that is for 41 points more than in 2011. Among the Asian countries Tajikistan is on the 19^th place.

During the discussion of draft State Programme for strengthening of study of Russian and English languages for 2015-2020 President Emomali Rahmon paid particular attention to this issue and gave concrete instructions to officials on full ensuring of educational institutions with teachers of these subjects and enhancement of quality of teaching.
