Tajikistan considers expansion of cooperation with the United States one of the priorities of its foreign policy. I am convinced that with joint efforts cooperation in politics, security, and especially trade and economic spheres will reach a higher level.
America plays a prominent role in the development of constructive relations in our region. Therefore, we hope that your country, regardless of the drawdown of the coalition forces from Afghanistan will pay even more attention in the future to the development of regional cooperation in Central Asia.
On this auspicious day, I wish Your Excellency good health and new successes, and the friendly people of America - happiness and prosperity".
