In the afternoon, a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon.

At the meeting the personnel issue was initially considered. Nasib Karimov was appointed head of the State Institution "Centre of the project to ensure resilience to climate change of Panj River Basin", Ismonkul Shokulov was appointed executive director of the Center for the implementation of projects for the reconstruction of roads, Umeda Vohidova was appointed head of the State Institution "Centre for the project for construction and equipping of schools", Amonullo Sadulloev was appointed deputy chairman of the Open Joint Stock Holding Company "Barki Tojik".

The composition of the Board of the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, of the Agency for supply of special property and the Agency for Standardization, Meteorology, Certification and Trade Inspection was approved.

Draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Export Control" was approved and proposed to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan. Changes and additions to the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities", "On Combating Terrorism" and "On the electronic document" have also been proposed to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Plan of action for the establishment of new industrial enterprises and workshops in the Republic of Tajikistan in 2014 was approved.
