Today, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon attended and spoke at the International Scientific Symposium of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadoni – scholar and thinker of the East. President has also participated in the V International Book Exhibition devoted to the 700th anniversary of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadoni, which took place in the Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Sadriddin Aini.

The scientists and researchers representing more than 25 countries, including Hamadoni’s scholars, will participate and make speech at the symposium, which will be held in Dushanbe for two days.

The V Dushanbe International Book Exhibition was held prior to the beginning of the International symposium.

In total, 79 publishing houses from 9 countries and Tajikistan participated in the exhibition. They presented 6000 tags and 50 thousand books.

The informative and didactic works of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadoni were presented by domestic publications in the stand of the Hamadoni’s books.
